At our factory in Beli Manastir, Croatia, we are specialists in manufacturing both standard and bespoke steel wheels for agricultural, industrial, utility, groundcare and light transportation applications.

Our 200+ employees engineer and produce more than 1 million wheels a year, varying between 4-inch pressed wheels and customised 54-inch spun wheels.

Our factory gets its electricity from 100% renewable energy sources.

Our specialized setup allows us to efficiently produce both standard and bespoke steel wheels, ensuring you get exactly what your application demands.

If you need larger volume production, our fully digitalized and automated manufacturing lines deliver precision and consistency for rolled and pressed wheels. For smaller batches, unique designs, or specialized applications, our flexible spinning technology enables made-to-measure solutions, including dual wheel systems and custom disc offsets.

All our wheels are e-coated to prevent rust and corrosion and can be painted in almost any colour using advanced automated technology. That way your wheels match both your brand and your application.

What we do

Research and development

Our in-house R&D team ensures high-performance wheels. Combining computer simulations with lab and field tests, we continuously optimise design and materials. Supported by the KENDA Europe Technical Centre, we use value engineering to deliver steel wheels tailored to your needs.

Quality assurance

Quality starts with high-performance materials from trusted suppliers and continues in the factory, with ongoing training for high standards and efficiency. Our quality unit tests the wheels using technology like salt spray testing, 3D measuring, and digital paint thickness monitoring to guarantee good performance.

Manufacturing

We craft standard and bespoke steel wheels. Whether it is high or low volumes, we always adhere to certified OEM quality standards. Our automated lines for rolled and pressed wheels facilitate large volume production, and our flexible spinning technology caters for small batch sizes and custom products.

Tooling

We design, engineer, produce and maintain the tooling for most of our production processes in-house, so we have full control from start to finish and can ensure consistent quality and a flexible production set-up.

We ensure consistent, high-quality wheels by controlling our supply chain and leveraging our expertise in disc and rim manufacturing. Our majority in-house disc and rim production means you can customize stud holes, bores, seating, form, and fitment.

Rims: Designed in-house to meet ETRTO norms, industry standards, or specific customer needs. Our advanced spinning process enables flexible rim profiles, seamlessly transitioning between W, DW, and asymmetric designs for small batch production.

Discs: We manufacture pressed, spun, and laser-cut discs with custom tooling, ensuring precise material selection, shape, and fitment. Whether square, flat, or plug fit, our discs are built for durability.

All our wheels are e-coated to prevent rust and corrosion and can be painted in almost any colour using state-of-the-art automated technology for a precise and high-quality result. Special pre-treatment steps provide excellent paint adhesion, good edge coverage and excellent corrosion protection. For large, customised and dual wheels, we use ultra-high solid wet paint technology.

The majority of our wheels can be provided with rolled-on humps to prevent the bead of the tire from dropping into the wheel well. Humps also give better stability and allow for operation at low inflation pressures. We can reinforce the horns of our wheels to give you extra strength for heavy or tough applications.

As part of the global KENDA Group which has six wheel and eight tire factories and using our resources at the KENDA Europe Technical Centre, we engineer, model and test our wheels to have full compatibility with KENDA tires. But even if you only need wheels from us, we can engineer them to match the tires you combine them with. We also welcome participation from you on joint development programmes.

What we can produce

Here you can find an overview of our wheel types and standard sizes. However, we have the capacity to produce custom solutions of up 54” spun wheels and can customize stud holes, bores, seating, off-set, form, colour and more.

Rolled wheels

Our fully automated digital wheel production facility can meet demands for high volume. The automated rolling line features calibration of rims and laser guided welding in a fully automated end-to-end process from rolling to assembly, for a highly precise and consistent result.

Size range: 12″-20″

Spun wheels

Using our flexible spinning processes, we can provide smaller and medium sized batches of high quality wheels suited for lower volumes, custom solutions and special models, for instance with asymmetrical profiles that permit specific offsets.

Size range: 8″-30,5″

Pressed wheels

We offer a wide range of integral hub configurations for almost any thinkable axle fitment and application. Pressed wheels can be produced either for Central Hub Fitment or for Off-set Hub Fitment. We can fit a wide variety of bearings and bushes dependent on your needs.

Size range: 4″-15,5″

Made-to-measure wheels

For customers requiring specialized solutions, our dedicated workshop is equipped with advanced machinery, including spinners and 4-axis machining centres. Operated by highly skilled professionals, this facility enables the production of custom disc and rim configurations tailored to unique applications.

Investing in the future

In 2023 we launched the ‘Reinventing the wheel’ project, investing in digitalisation, automation and optimising our use of resources. By installing solar panels to harness renewable energy and advanced digital manufacturing technologies we have optimised our processes to minimise waste and enhance our products. The significant reductions in energy consumption are supported by enhanced lighting, stronger insulation and improved air filtering. Knowledge sharing and collaboration are also central parts of the project and we encourage clustering around sustainability and green innovation themes.
