With our own factories located in England, Croatia, and China, we ensure the highest quality and precision in every product. Our in-house manufacturing capabilities include both steel wheels, plastic wheels and PU tires, allowing us to maintain strict quality control and swift production times.
Our European manufacturing set-up is supported by KENDA’s eight tire factories globally and strategic sourcing partnerships.
All our Flex products are manufactured at our factory in Crewe, England. A strong culture of innovation and in-house R&D and mould manufacturing has made us one of Europe’s leading polymer wheel producers and the largest manufacturer of puncture proof tires.
Our specialised team of 20+ employees produce more than 750.000 wheels per year and do joint development projects with major players in the mobility sector such as Altrad, Walsall Wheelbarrows, Haemmerlin, Topro and Hörby Bruk.
Our factory holds an impressive safety record, and all our products are fully REACH compliant, meeting European standards and legislation. This helps to protect our worker’s health and the environment by minimising and eliminating the use of potentially harmful chemicals.

Steel wheels
We manufacture both standard and bespoke steel wheels and our factory in Croatia. Our 250+ employees produce more than 1 million wheels a year, varying between 3-inch pressed wheels and 54-inch spun wheels.
With a specialised and flexible set-up, we can produce both high and low volumes while always adhering to OEM quality standards. Our technical know-how and specialised capabilities have made us one of Europe’s leading steel wheel manufacturers.
We specialise in made-to-measure and dual wheels systems and have developed unique processes for spun steel and disc off-sets. All our wheels are e-coated to prevent rust and corrosion and can be painted in almost any colour using state-of-the-art automated technology for a precise and high-quality result.

Our factory in China is dedicated to manufacturing standard steel wheels that strictly adhere to all European standards. At this facility, we specialize in the high-volume production of wheels tailored for a variety of applications, including trailers, caravans, golf carts and lawnmowers.
With a workforce of 125 employees, we produce over 1,000,000 wheels annually. Our specialty includes a variety of sizes, from 6-inch pressed wheels to 16-inch spun wheels, ensuring we can meet the diverse needs of our customers. Each wheel is crafted with precision and quality as the guiding principles.
