Set it and forget it. With no punctures or rust, our solutions are designed to keep your applications running smoothly. The PU/PP materials are up to four times more durable than a pneumatic tire and have high-level resistance to cuts, abrasion, UV rays, ozone gas and chemical attacks.

Our solutions are sourced, manufactured and distributed in Europe, which comes with lower carbon emissions, risks and costs compared to long-distance transportation. Our materials are recyclable and partly made from recycled and reprocessed materials and our production facility is run from 100% renewable power.

With excellent shock absorption and good ride comfort, our solutions offer the same handling and performance as a pneumatic tire. The light weight and relatively low rolling resistance of PU can significantly impact the energy efficiency of electric applications.

Manufacturing

Our factory in the UK, produces over 1 million wheels per year and is run on 100% renewable energy. We continuously optimise our processes to ensure maximum efficiency and continue our impressive safety record. Our European manufacturing set-up is supported by KENDA’s eight tire factories globally.

Reaction Injection Moulding

We use a patented processes of reaction injection moulding to produce consistent, high-value products. Our tires are produced from a wide range of polyurethane materials in both solid and cellular form.

Injection Moulding

We process a vast range of thermoplastics materials sourced in Europe. We blend and formulate the materials to suit your individual application. To minimise the ecological footprint of our solutions, a third of our materials are sourced from reprocessed feed-stock.

Tooling

Tooling tailored to the exact requirements of our manufacturing process, means we can meet project timelines and quality expectations. We design and produce our own tooling in house to ensure that precision and consistency are built into the process.
