The new focus on Powersports marks the beginning of a journey to broaden the company’s European product portfolio to include Powersports tires, such as motorcycle, motocross, and scooter tires, alongside its already extensive range of automotive, bicycle and specialty tires.
KENDA Europe is proud to announce the expansion of its European activities with the formation of a dedicated Powersports team. Leading this initiative is Shaun Jones, currently serving as Segment Director for Trailer & Caravan. Shaun will transition into his new role in January 2025.
Shaun will collaborate closely with KENDA’s global Powersports teams in Taiwan and the United States, as well as the European Specialty unit, to drive growth and innovation in this dynamic market.

Motorcycles have been one of my passions for years, and I look forward to collaborating with our talented global teams to make a significant impact.”
KENDA Europe are happy to announce that Peter van der Horn will take the lead of the Trailer & Caravan segment instead of Shaun and assume the position of Trailer & Caravan OEM Regional Sales Manager. Peter is well-equipped to lead this team with the same passion and dedication he has consistently demonstrated for years as Area Sales Manager for KENDA Europe’s Trailer & Caravan segment.

The establishment of the Powersports team is part of KENDA’s expansion strategy in Europe, designed to keep Europe moving on innovative tire and wheel solutions.
